Members of the Management-Labor Advisory Committee on Friday said they’ll convene a subcommittee to parse a bill introduced in the Oregon Legislature that would remove restrictions on retroactive authorization for temporary disability and limit carriers’ ability to recover overpayments of wage-loss benefits.
