The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Tenneco Automotive Operating Co. for 27 safety and health violations at its plant in Hartwell, Georgia, OSHA announced in a release. OSHA also cited Elite Logistic Service Inc., a staffing agency that provided Tenneco with temporary employees, for one serious safety violation. Proposed penalties for the violations total $342,250.
