CNA Hires Michael Costonis as Chief Operations Officer

CNA has announced that Michael Costonis will join the company today as its chief operations officer. Costonis will lead all information technology, analytics and operations functions across the organization. He will report to Dino Robusto, CNA’s chairman and chief executive officer. Costonis will succeed J. Merten, who plans to retire at the end of the year after 30 years in the insurance and consulting industries.
