National Liability and Fire Insurance Co., No. 1 CA-CV 25-0086, 12/30/2025, unpublished. Facts and procedural history: Joshua Kosar suffered injuries while working for a construction company. He sought medical treatment and was placed on no-work status from March 26, 2018, to July 12, 2018. Kosar then filed a workers’ compensation claim.
