A Northern California orthopedic surgeon is fighting to keep his license after the California Medical Board last week accused him of sexually harassing two of his workers' compensation patients.
Dr. John David Warbritton III is also facing felony criminal charges in federal trial court for allegedly transporting of child pornography.
A grand jury indicted the doctor in October, but the matter was kept under seal at the request of prosecutors. U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer unsealed the record in the case on the day before Thanksgiving.
