Rehabilitation providers will not be able to file "R" forms, regarding rehabilitation plans, while the department transitions to a new online claims management system in late August, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry said.
The department at the end of August is rolling out Work Comp Campus, a new electronic filing and management system, and must disable some previous functions temporarily. Rehabilitation providers who file "R" forms, rehab requests and responses with the current system must stop by 4:30 p.m. Aug. 27, the department said in a bulletin Tuesday.
