Four former executives of former professional employer organizations (PEOs) caught up in the international conspiracy and fraud probe of fake workers' compensation carrier Regency Insurance of the West Indies have drawn federal prison sentences in Jacksonville, Fla.U.S. District Judge Virginia M.
