State Fund Sets Safety Conferences for September

Montana State Fund is hosting free safety workshops in person and virtually in September.

The programs will cover best practices for identifying workplace hazards and benefits of a good hazard reporting program, as well as best safety practices for fleet vehicles.

Workshops are from 8:30 a.m-noon.

Dates and locations for the workshops are:

• Sept. 8, La Quinta Inn, Butte.
• Sept. 9, Holiday Inn Express, Helena.
• Sept. 10, Holiday Inn, Great Falls.
• Sept. 15, Cottonwood Inn, Glasgow.
• Sept. 16, Sleep Inn & Suites, Miles City.
• Sept. 17, Hampton Inn, Billings.
• Sept. 21, Best Western GranTree Inn, Bozeman.
• Sept. 23, Hampton Inn, Kalispell.
• Sept. 24, Best Western Grant Creek Inn, Missoula.

MSF will also hold two workshops on Sept. 29. The hazard identification program runs from 9:30-11:30 a.m., and the vehicle operator program is from 2-4 p.m.
