The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission is accepting comments through the end of August on proposed rules that it says will facilitate the full integration of CompHub, the online system for filing and adjudicating workers’ compensation claims.
The commission said the rules, which will be considered for final adoption in September, would repeal certain filing and submission instructions that will no longer apply in CompHub and would clarify filing instructions for employers and insurers.
