Although the federal government has rolled back a requirement for employers to electronically submit more detailed information regarding workplace injuries, debate over such a proposal is now heating up in California. An advisory committee to the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, better known as Cal/OSHA, met to discuss the topic and hear public comments on May 9.
