New Challenge to Lien Stay Filed With 4th DCA

California courts have so far shot down all challenges to the constitutionality of the lien stay provisions that went into effect in 2017, but a new challenge with a different set of facts quickly caught the attention of an appellate court and has provided a glimmer of hope to a Los Angeles chiropractor.
