Legislation Would Increase Regulation of Self-Insureds, Help Policyholders Get Subrogation Funds Back

Legislation that would add more teeth to laws governing self-insured’s financial stability and help policyholders see some financial return from subrogation were referred on Monday to the Louisiana House of Representatives’ Labor and Industrial Relations Committee.
