Injured Worker's Employer Had No Duty to Defend, Indemnity General Contractor

A California appellate court upheld a grant of summary judgment for an injured worker’s employer, finding the employer had no duty to defend or indemnify the general contractor in charge of the jobsite where the worker was injured.
