USPS Fails to Deliver Hazard-Free Workplace, OSHA says

The U.S. Postal Service is facing $111,540 in fines after federal safety inspectors found several hazards at a USPS facility in Silver Spring for which the service had been cited previously. The U.S. Postal Service LLC, doing business as Silver Spring MPO Carr Annex Hotel, was cited on Aug. 1 by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The agency issued citations for five repeated and one other-than-serious violations.
