Bill Filed in Assembly Adds Fangs to Premium Audit Laws

A Hudson Valley Democrat introduced a bill to the New York State Assembly that aims to encourage workers' compensation insurers to step up premium audits in the construction industry. Assemblyman Kevin Cahill of Kingston on April 6 revived A. 7330 by amending the measure, which he introduced last May.
