Halftime is over for California's legislative session, and it looks like the rest of the year will close as quietly as it started as far as workers' comp is concerned. The deadline for bills to move out of the house where they originated passed Friday. Between measures carried over from the 2017 session and those introduced this year, a dozen are in play.
