High Court Says Worker Gets more Benefits after Losing Part of Foot

The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled that a worker who underwent the partial amputation of his foot to treat an infection arising from an old frostbite injury had suffered a material change in condition and increase in disability that entitled him to seek additional benefits more than two years after his employer's last voluntary payment of compensation for the frostbite injury.Case: Lenz v.
