OSHA Cites Masonry Contractor for Fall Hazards

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited a contracting company for nine safety and health violations, including two repeat violations, at a Secaucus, N.J., work site.OSHA said in a press release that it inspected La Conti Concrete & Masonry Inc. in March in response to an imminent danger complaint alleging employees were working on the fifth level of a supported scaffold without fall protection.
