The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a federal lawsuit in Wisconsin last Tuesday against Cessna Aircraft, alleging the aviation manufacturer violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by withdrawing job offers after learning of workers' medical conditions.
