WCB Chair, WC Attorneys to Discuss Proving PTD and other Issues at CLE Event

The Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum will host a roundtable discussion on workers' compensation issues April 10. Judge Linda Hamilton, chair of the Indiana Workers' Compensation Board, will speak with five attorneys during the event, according to the ICLEF website. The group will discuss causation inquiries, pain management, how nurse case managers fit into the treatment of injured workers, proving permanent total disability, bad-faith claims and ethics.
