A New York appellate court ruled that an employer forfeited its challenge to the compensability of an employee’s foot injury by appealing from the wrong decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board. Case: Matter of Everett v. Sodexo, No. 524479, 08/17/2017, published. Facts: Eugene Everett worked as a dishwasher for Sodexo Inc.
