Judge Wants Answers on Fate of ICA Following Kernan Plea

A circuit court judge in Tallahassee, Fla., has directed state regulators and attorneys for Insurance Company of the Americas (ICA) to provide answers on the fate of the troubled workers' compensation carrier by May 11.Judge P.
