DWC Announces 2020 Audit Standards

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that Profile Audit Review and Full Compliance Audit standards will tighten again in 2020. The division said the Profile Audit Review standard will be 1.3202 for 2020, down from 1.36133 for 2019. Claims administrators that receive a score equal to or less than the standard are required to pay all outstanding compensation but are not assessed administrative penalties.
