Wisconsin's labor agency has created an online form for reporting abuse of the workers' compensation system, the state Department of Workforce Development announced this week.
Complaints about employers, insurers, providers and workers may be submitted.
The so-called Workers' Compensation Fraud Allegation form, which allows users to stay anonymous if they desire, asks who is committing fraud and what they are doing.
