Facts: Long-distance truck driver Raymond Thompkins was injured in a rear-end collision while working for Reynolds Transportation on Jan. 15, 2019.
After the accident, Thompkins received lumbar injections but still complained of radiating pain. Dr. Mark Eskander recommended decompressive back surgery and a bone graft.
