Laredo-Area Medical Office Staffs Offered Free Training

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation will offer free training to medical office staff March 9 in Laredo and will cover an overview of the workers’ compensation system, coverage verification, medical bill processing, and dispute resolution and resources. The educational seminar will provide practical information for medical office workers who handle comp claims and will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the DWC’s Laredo office, 500 E.
