The New Jersey Senate Labor Committee last week approved legislation that would provide a 39% increase in workers' compensation benefits for workers who lose the use of a hand and a 52% increase in benefits for the loss of a foot.The Labor Committee voted 3-1 to approve Senate 1134. The bill now goes to the full Senate.Gov.
