LeClairRyan Adds Pizzo & Haman Lawyers to Roster

Corporate law firm LeClairRyan has acquired the smaller firm Pizzo & Haman, which represents insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters, LeClairRyan announced Tuesday.  Shareholders Christopher Pizzo and Benjamin Hamin will join LeClairRyan, along with 21 other workers' compensation and corporate professionals from the firm.  Pizzo counsels corporate clients on matters such as structuring and negotiating debt, equity financing transactions and resolving employment issues.
