Michael D. Drobot still insists State Compensation Insurance Fund has not stated any actionable fraud claims in a civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act Complaint, but asserts in a third-party court complaint filed Monday that if there was a conspiracy, there's plenty of blame to go around.
