Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo has nominated claimants' attorneys Steven Minicucci and Alfredo Conte to fill two vacancies on the Workers' Compensation Court's 10-seat bench.
Minicucci has worked at John Calvino Law Associates since 1989. He is also a professor at Roger Williams Law School and the probate court judge for the town of Warren. He holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a law degree from Suffolk University. He also does work with the Rhode Island Institute for Labor Studies and Research.
