Governor Vetoes Bill Authorizing SCIF to Expand Senior Management Positions

California Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a bill that would have allowed the board of directors for State Compensation Insurance Fund to appoint eight additional exempt senior management employees. SB 1451, by Sen.
