An unlicensed and uninsured contractor in Northern California was sentenced to more than a month in jail.
Monterey County District Attorney Jeannine M. Pacioni on Wednesday announced that Marco Polo DeLaRosa Zesati, 37, was sentenced to 40 days in jail, three years of probation and fined $1,000.
Zesati, who owned World Class Properties LLC, pleaded no contest to contracting without a license and failing to secure payment of workers’ compensation insurance.
