NCCI to Simplify Employer Ownership Forms

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is accepting comments on proposed changes to the Experience Rating Plan Manual that are designed to make it easier for employers to file ownership information. The National Council on Compensation Insurance, the rating organization for Texas and 36 other states, has proposed revisions to the ERM-14 form and Rule 3-A in the rating manual.
