Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced the reappointment of four administrative law judges in the Department of Workers’ Claims, all effective Jan. 1.
Beshear reappointed John Coleman and R. Roland Case of Pikeville, Stephanie Kinney of Louisville, and Walter Greg Harvey of Bowling Green.
Each will serve a term expiring Dec. 31, 2025.
Each ALJ is an attorney with at least five years of experience practicing workers’ compensation or in a related field with extensive knowledge of comp law.
