A Naugatuck oil change technician has been charged with illegally collecting more than $10,000 in workers’ compensation benefits.
Kyle Fontaine, 29, is charged with one count of fraudulent claim or receipt of benefits, a class B felony, and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court, G.A. No. 4, on Tuesday.
