Maximum Monthly Benefit Increases to $3,802.17

Maximum monthly disability compensation increased to $3,802.17 for injuries sustained on or after July 1 to correspond with an increase in the state’s average weekly wage, the Nevada Division of Industrial Relations announced. The average weekly wage increased to $878.10 for the current fiscal year, from $853.82 for the fiscal year ending June 30.
