The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board is scheduled to vote on proposed emergency COVID-19 regulations Thursday, according to the Department of Industrial Relations.
The temporary regulations would direct employers to establish a written COVID-19 prevention program, which should either be integrated into current workplace safety plans or implemented as a separate guideline.
