Attorney David Roos has been elected chairman of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt's workers’ compensation practice, the firm said in a press release.Roos is replacing Cora Molloy, who served as chairwoman of the practice from 2003 to 2013.Roos represents insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
