Worker Has No 2nd Compensable Injury or Aggravation of Preexisting Condition

The Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a worker did not meet her burden of showing that her right knee injury or her altered gait caused a second compensable injury or materially aggravated a preexisting condition. Judy Valencia worked as an administrative assistant for R&G Electric Inc. On Aug. 21, 2020, she stepped in an indentation in the grass outside of her office and hyperextended her right knee.
