Travelers Now Offering Telemedicine Doctor Visits

The Travelers Cos. is now offering telemedicine services for injured workers, the company announced last week. Qualified injured employees can meet with a physician via a secure video connection on a computer or smartphone, the company said in a news release. A Travelers spokeswoman said the telemedicine doctor visits are in addition to telephonic nurse case management, nurse triage and virtual nurse concierge services that the company has offered for some time.
