Survey: Small Businesses Want to Manage Policies Online

Twenty-three percent of small-business owners would like their workers’ comp insurer to offer more online or self-service tools to help them manage their policies, according to a recent survey. The survey of 504 U.S. business owners was conducted in May by Employers, a workers’ comp insurer focused on small businesses in low- to medium-hazard industries.
