Officials with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board will tour the state June 7-29 to provide updates to the Business Process Re-Engineering Program and kick off Phase 2 of the multi-year reform plan.
The project began in August 2013 to take a “modern and sophisticated social insurance system operating on infrastructure designed decades ago” and “reimagine” a new system that takes advantage of advents in technology, best practices and 100 years of experience.
