The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced that a home health aide who was working while collecting benefits paid $21,535 in restitution.
Raquana Drumwright, 36, pleaded guilty to work comp fraud Oct. 8. After accepting the plea, the court acknowledged that she had paid the full amount and entered an order sending the money to the BWC.
The bureau said its Special Investigations Department found that Drumwright was working as a home health aide for two separate businesses in the Columbus area while she was receiving BWC disability benefits.
