Assessment rates for the Florida workers' compensation agency and the state's Special Disability Trust Fund will remain the same in 2021, regulators announced Tuesday.
The administrative fund assessment will stay at 0.79% and the rate for the special disability fund will remain at 0.40%. Until now, the administrative fund assessment has dropped each year since 2012 and the disability fee has dropped each year since 2010. That year, the disability fund rate dropped from 4.52% to 1.46%.
