Med Board Seeks Discipline for Psychiatrist for Prescribing without Documented Reasoning

A Sacramento psychiatrist and qualified medical evaluator is facing revocation or suspension of his license for allegedly prescribing medication to patients without documenting why – including some drugs made by pharmaceutical companies that have paid him thousands of dollars.
