Alliant Promotes Jennifer Baumann to General Counsel

Brokerage firm Alliant Insurance Services has named longtime in-house counsel Jennifer Baumann its general counsel and corporate secretary. The promotion comes after Baumann spent a decade as Alliant’s assistant general counsel. She is taking over from Ken Zak, who is retiring after heading Alliant’s legal team for 11 years and working for more than three decades in the field of law.
