Water Bottle Maker Cited for 3 Violations after Temp Worker Disabled

Following an incident that left a 50-year-old temporary worker permanently disabled, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited the Ice River Springs plastic water bottle manufacturer for three safety violations at its High Springs, Florida, facility. Proposed penalties for the violations total $84,000.
