Repeat and New Hazards Bring $145,600 in OSHA Fines against Manufacturer

A complaint about workplace safety led to an inspection that resulted in $145,600 in proposed fines against a Massachusetts aerospace parts manufacturing plant. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued citations for three repeat and 10 serious violations of workplace safety standards to Wyman Gordon Co. in North Grafton after a Dec. 4 inspection.
