Business Owners still Waiting for Settlement Checks from BWC

Ohio business owners are still waiting for their share of a $420 million settlement with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, according to a report by the Columbus Dispatch. Plaintiff's attorney Stuart Garson, of Garson & Johnson, told the newspaper that business owners have submitted 29,000 claims seeking $261 million, out of approximately 300,000 eligible employers.
