Lawsuit: DWC Refusing to Follow Regulations by Delaying Appointments

The Division of Workers' Compensation has engaged in underground rulemaking with regard to the independent medical review process for injured workers being treated in their employer's medical provider network, according to a petition for writ review and complaint filed in Southern California earlier this month.
